Gravy, an Atlanta, GA-based customer retention and payment recovery platform, raised $1M in seed funding.
The backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to attack target markets, establish its brand, amplify its go-to-market strategy and invest in top talent.
Founded in 2017 and led by CEO Casey Graham, Gravy provides full-time, virtual retention specialists that help companies with recurring subscriptions and memberships retain customers.

Since launching in 2017, it’s already recovered more than $15 million in single-saved transactions and is on pace to double its revenue — and staff — in 2019.
