DocPlanner Raises €80M in Series E Funding

docplannerDocPlanner, a global healthcare booking platform, closed an €80m Series E financing round.

The round, which brought the total raised by DocPlanner to approximately €130m, was led by One Peak Partners and Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing, with participation from existing investors Piton Capital and ENERN Investments.

The company intends to use the funds to:
– continue penetrating its core markets in Europe and Latin America with its SaaS-based marketplace offering,
– pursue R&D to offer innovative software to doctors and clinics,
– expand its sales, customer success, product development, legal/compliance and marketing teams across geographies, and
– pursue bolt-on acquisitions of young, innovative cloud-based software companies.

Led by Mariusz Gralewski, founder and CEO, DocPlanner is a digital healthcare platform offering a suite of marketing and software services to doctors and clinics. The company provides free doctor reviews and booking for patients via its online marketplace. In addition, it offers doctors and clinics a SaaS tool used to optimize their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitize their practices.
DocPlanner, which recently surpassed 1,000 employees based across offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City and Curitiba, serves 30 million patients and processes 1.5 million bookings every month. It lists more than 2 million healthcare professionals with a total of 2.4 million patient reviews on its websites in 15 countries.
