Steward Partners Global Advisory, LLC, a NYC-based employee-owned, full-service wealth advisory partnership, completed a minority investment from The Cynosure Group.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The team from Cynosure will be represented by two seats on the Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to give liquidity for partners, strengthen the balance sheet, increase investments in technology and expand in to new markets.
