Native, a NYC-based on-demand marketplace for any type of data on the ground, closed a $2.5m funding round.
The round was led by Lavrock Ventures, with participation from Riverbend Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Lavrock’s Daniel Hanks joined Native’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate global growth.
Led by Matt McNabb, co-founder and CEO, Native is an on-demand marketplace that enables global brands to task locals to collect any type of data they need on the ground nearly anywhere in the world, from pricing to store checks.
The company operates in over 30 countries around the world with offices in New York, Washington DC, London, and Bogota, working with some of the world’s largest organizations.
