Moveworks Raises $30M in Series A Funding

artificial-intelligenceMoveworks, a Mountain View, CA-based provider of an artificial intelligence (AI) solution to autonomously resolve employee IT issues in the enterprise, raised $30m in Series A funding.

Backers included Bain Capital Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

The company is using the funds to continue to expand operations.

Led by Bhavin Shah, CEO and co-founder, Moveworks combines Natural Language Understanding (NLU), advanced conversational-AI, and process automation to identify the optimal solution and fully resolve IT issues, instantly and autonomously.
With the system, companies can completely eliminate the need for IT staff to work on tasks such as provisioning applications, resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, managing email lists, and answering questions so they can focus on high-value activities.
The pltform is already deployed and endorsed by CIOs at Fortune 500 and leading enterprise companies such as Autodesk, Broadcom, and Nutanix.
