Hawk Ridge Systems, a Mountain View, Calif.-based global provider of 3D design, manufacturing and 3D printing solutions, merged with Parsons Technology, Inc., a provider of manufacturing and shop floor solutions in the manufacturing states of Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa.
The acquisition creates one of the largest and most comprehensive North American 3D design and manufacturing reseller networks for SOLIDWORKS, CAMWorks, Predator, Markforged and HP 3D printers.
Led by Dale Ford, President and CEO, Hawk Ridge Systems provides 3D design, manufacturing and 3D printing solutions which include the full portfolio of Dassault Systèmes offerings, including SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS CAM, CAMWorks, CATIA, SIMULIA and the full suite of analysis, product data management and productivity tools.
The company, a provider of additive manufacturing solutions including 3D printers from HP and Markforged, has 22 offices, providing coast-to-coast coverage in North America. Training is available through the Hawk Ridge Systems Store.
Parsons Technology is a provider of manufacturing and shop floor solutions in the manufacturing states of Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. Its
customers will have access to the full 3D design product portfolio offered by Hawk Ridge Systems, including Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS and CATIA, as well as a wide array of productivity software tools, services and training.
The combined company serves 22,500 customers from 22 offices and has 245 employees.
