HammerTech Raises $10M in Series A Funding

HammerTechHammerTech, a Melbourne, Australia-based mobile provider of health, safety and quality software for the construction industry, completed its $10m Series A financing.

The round was led by Arrowroot Capital. As part of the transaction, Chuck Haling and Matt Klein, from Arrowroot Capital, will be joining the board.

The company intends to use the funds to continue development of its suite of software solutions for the construction industry, grow the sales & marketing teams and support continued expansion into the United States.

Co-founded by Ben Leach, Bradley Tabone, James Harris, Andrew Hogben and Lucas McDonald,and led by Milton Walters, CEO, HammerTech is a global construction technology company that provides a cloud-based, collaborative performance & productivity platform featuring 16 integrated modules to manage their operations and HSEQ obligations.
The company works with global construction companies including DPR, Hutchinson, Mirvac, LendLease and more.
