Cornerstone Venture Partners, a US-based venture capital firm focused on early stage technologies, made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Elie Rubin, CEO, Joseph Fuerst, COO, and Ohad Sherman, Director of Finance, Deskforce provides cloud-based customer centric contact center solutions, which give users an ecosystem of software consolidating the business process and strengthening business intelligence efforts.
The company’s solutions have over 10,000 users across the globe daily.
