seriesOne Inc., a Miami, Florida-based global digital security fundraising platform, acquired Dynamo Development, a custom software development company with an engineering team based in the Ukraine.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition enables seriesOne to expand and strengthen its in-house technology development capabilities, to accelerate the delivery of solutions for issuers and react to market demands with the support of an additional 40 engineers.
Led by Michael Mildenberger, CEO, seriesOne is a blockchain based fintech company that enables digital security offerings by providing a combination of key technology, strategic consulting, regulatory compliance, fundraising infrastructure and access to a network of investors worldwide. All services are designed to comply with applicable securities regulations, enabling companies to register, market, and escrow their fundraising initiatives.
Following the close of the deal, Dmitry Grinberg, former CEO of Dynamo Development, will oversee the in-house technology division in his new role as the Global Head of Technology for the acquiring company.
