Route 66 Ventures, an Alexandria, VA-based global early-stage venture capital firm, announced that Pat Wilson has been promoted to Partner.
Wilson is a repeat entrepreneur with more than a decade of direct investment experience in early and growth-stage companies.
At Route 66, he brings together his entrepreneurial, direct investment and global venture expertise to source, evaluate and lead new venture investments as well as mentor and support Route 66’s existing portfolio.
Mr. Wilson has worked with a number of Route 66 portfolio companies since he joined the firm and currently holds Board positions at Motionsoft, Digital Insurance Group, AMP Merchant Technologies and Vemo Education.
He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he concentrated in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Its Venture Capital team invests globally in early and growth-stage disruptors, incumbents and service providers throughout various sectors in the financial services ecosystem.
