Fetcher Raises $5.4M in Seed Funding

fetcherFetcher, a NYC-based outbound recruiting platform that combines AI with human expertise to recruit top talent for high-growth companies, raised $5.4m in seed funding.

The round was led by Accomplice and Slow Ventures, with participation from existing investors Picus and Revel Partners, as well as angel investors Paul English (founder of Kayak), Amol Sarva (founder of Knotel) and James Joaquin (co-founder of Obvious Ventures).

The company is using the funding to scale its Data Science and Engineering teams.

Co-founded by CEO Andres Blank and Genevieve Jurvetson, Fetcher uses AI and human approach to automate the recruiting process for large and small companies. The system discovers qualified candidates on all the relevant professional networks, finds their best point of contact and compose personalized emails ready to send.
The platform, which syncs with the customer’s Gmail or Outlook account, recruiters and hiring managers can launch outreach emails and follow up messages to qualified candidates.
Users include Peloton, Paperless Post, Equinox, AppNexus, Bridgestone and DigitalOcean, etc.
