eSentire, Inc., a Cambridge, ON-based Managed Detection and Response (MDR) company, raised an additional USD $47m in funding.
The round was led by majority investor Warburg Pincus and minority investors Georgian Partners and Edison Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
