Device42, a New Haven, Conn.-based provider of software that automatically and agentlessly discovers the entire IT infrastructure, raised $34m in funding.
The backers were not disclosed. In connection with the transaction, Dan Phillips, former CEO and Chairman of the Board of CloudHealth Technologies, and Darren Battistoni, a Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners, will be joining Device42’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow its solutions.
