Amenify, a San Francisco, CA-based resident experience platform, closed a $2.7M funding round.
The round was led by RET Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its technology and secure provider partnerships.
Led by Everett Lynn, CEO, Amenify provides apartment managers with a multifamily real estate platform for amenity services. The system, which handles all the work for living experiences like pet care, fitness, cleaning, events, and concierge support, integrates with existing systems already working in users’ facilities.
Since launching core services in 2018, the platform is used by hundreds of properties in 15 markets in the US and Canada.
