Vinli, a Dallas, TX-based connected car and data intelligence platform provider, closed $13.5M in Series B funding.
Backers included E.ON, The Westly Group, Hersh Family Investments, and Hal Brierley. In conjunction with the funding, Konrad Augustin, Investment Director at E.ON Scouting and Co-Investments, and Kenneth Hersh, will join Vinli’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to broaden its mobility services and integrations to customers worldwide.
Led by Mark Haidar, CEO, Vinli provides a machine learning vehicle data intelligence platform, Era, which facilitates the streaming from any data source into a secure location. The outcome of this technology is increased transparency of data, predictive visibility, and flexibility for real-time business and consumer insights.
The company is now adding electric vehicles to its list of platform capabilities.
