Remine, a Fairfax, Virginia-based real estate data and analytics company, raised $30m in Series A funding.
Stripes Group led the round.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Co-founded by Leo Pareja, CEO, and Mark Schacknies, CFO, Remine combines advanced data analytics, rich visualizations and machine learning capabilities to automate workflows and enrich user interfaces in a comprehensive real estate search experience for agents and consumers nationwide.
Today, the company has agreements with more than 40 of the most prestigious Multiple Listing Service (MLS) markets in the US which covers more than 825,000 real estate agents and their consumer clients.
Remine offers MLSs such benefits as:
– MLS front end platform that uses big data to provide agents with actionable intelligence
– A full stack platform for the MLS to support front ends and add/edit of choice
– Unified database API of public record data, contacts, saved search and MLS data
– MLS consumer portal that syncs both desktop and mobile
