Vena Solutions, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software, raised $115m in equity financing.
The round was led by JMI Equity with participation from existing investor Centana Growth Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth and scale its operations.
Led by Don Mal, CEO, Vena Solutions provides a cloud-based financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software platform that combines Excel with a centralized database, workflow, reporting and advanced analytics.
The solution is used by over 500 companies.
