Reggora, a Boston, MA-based appraisal platform serving both appraisers and mortgage lenders, secured $3m in seed funding.
The round was led by Spark Capital with participation from Boston Seed Capital, an early investor in the company. In conjunction with the funding, Alex Finkelstein, General Partner at Spark Capital, will join Reggora’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand across the country and continue to enhance its platform.
Led by Brian Zitin, co-founder and CEO, and Will Denslow, co-founder and CTO, Reggora provides cloud based platform for mortgage lenders and real estate appraisers to streamline appraisals by automating traditionally manual processes such as finding appraisers, scheduling appraisal inspections and reviewing the final appraisal product.
