Innovaccer Raises $10M; Closes $35M Series B Funding

InnovaccerInnovaccer Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based healthcare data platform company, raised an additional $10m in Series B funding.

The additional investment was led by M12. With this, Innovaccer raised a total of $35m in its Series B from M12, Westbridge, and Lightspeed, having raised $25m in May 2018. This brings the total capital raised to $51m.

The company plans to use the funds to continue building its platform improving AI assisted decision support capabilities and adding to its already 200+ connectors to healthcare data systems such as EHRs, HIEs, claims, and lab systems.

Founded in 2014 and led by Abhinav Shashank, CEO, Innovaccer provides a platform to simplify complex data from all points of care, streamline the information, and allow organizations to realize strategic goals based on key insights and predictions. Its products have been deployed across more than 500 locations with over 10,000 providers leveraging it at institutions, governmental organizations, and several corporate enterprises.
Customers include Hartford Healthcare, University of California, Mercy ACO Iowa, UniNet Healthcare Network of Nebraska, Inmediata Health Integrated Solutions of Puerto Rico, StratiFi Health Network, among others.

The company is based in San Francisco with offices around the United States and Asia.
