Hone Raises $3.6M in Seed Funding

honeHone, a San Francisco, CA- and and New York City-based workplace training platform for modern and distributed teams, raised $3.6m in seed funding.

The round was led by Cowboy Ventures and Harrison Metal, with participation from Slack Fund, Reach Capital, Rethink Education, Day One Ventures, Entangled Ventures, CEO of Masterclass David Rogier, CEO of Guild Education Rachel Carlson, Co-Founder of Atrium HQ Pete Kazanjy, and Co-Founder of Grovo Jeff Fernandez.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the platform expansion, support growth, and develop additional programs to serve fast-growing small businesses, mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Co-founded in 2018 by Tom Griffiths, CEO, Jeremy Hamel and Savina Perez, Hone provides a workplace training platform for modern and distributed teams, which allows companies of all sizes to source, manage and deliver training, and measure the impact on their organization.
It focuses on high-impact topics of leadership, management and people skills, in interactive, 60-90 minute classes.

The company serves customers such as WeWork, Clear, App Annie, Dashlane, Omada Health, SoulCycle and others.
