Luminoso Technologies, a Cambridge, MA-based artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language understanding (NLU) company that provides AI-powered customer insights, closed a $10m Series B funding.
The round was led by DVI Equity Partners, with participation from Liberty Global Ventures, DF Enterprises, Raptor Holdco, Acadia Woods Partners, and Accord Ventures, among others. In conjunction with the funding, DVI managing partner Robert Griffin, joined Luminoso’s board of directors.
The company will use the proceeds to expand and scale its team as its customer base continues to grow internationally.
