Edison Interactive Receives $10.7M In Total Funding

Edison Interactive, a West Palm Beach, Fla.-based SaaS technology company specializing in developing custom brand experiences for mobile environments, received a minority interest investment.

Golf legend Greg Norman and his investing partner, David Chessler, will provide the company with $10.7MM including $9.5MM in debt financing for new initiatives.
Norman will also join the Edison Board of Directors.

The capital will be used to accelerate product innovation and further expansion.

Co-founded by Jeremy Ostermiller, CEO, and Nick Stanitz-Harper, CRO, Edison Interactive specializes in developing custom brand experiences for mobile environments. Focused on innovating the digital experience in rideshares, rental vehicles, golf cars, airplanes, corporate housing and other verticals, the company also provides premium content and programmatic advertising opportunities for its clients.
