Ascent360, a Golden, CO-based-based provider of Customer Data Platform (CDP) software for small and medium-sized business, secured a $4.1m Series A venture capital funding.
The round was led by Fulcrum Equity Partners with participation from Access Venture Partners, NelNet, Bialla Venture Partners, and Rockies Venture Club.
The company intends to use the funds to extend its business reach.
Led by Scott Buelter, CEO, Ascent360 provides Customer Data Platform (CDP) software for small and medium-sized business, which facilitates omni-channel marketing enabling integration of customer data from disparate systems to understand purchase trends, customize marketing campaigns, create a more targeted customer experience and meet government-mandated data privacy.
It is integrated with over 75 marketing, ecommerce and point of sale solutions including Facebook, Live Ramp, Big Commerce and SalesForce Commerce Cloud.
The solution is used by companies such as Smartwool, Christy Sports, and Alterra Mountain Company.
