Talmetrix, Inc., a Cincinnati, OH-based employee feedback and talent analytics company, acquired Critical Metrics, a Seattle, WA-based consulting firm specializing in employee engagement and human capital ROI.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by David Youssefnia, founder and President, Critical Metrics uses measurement and analytics to assist companies in understanding how their employees impact their business. Serving Fortune 1000 companies across a broad spectrum of industries, the firm has conducted over one million surveys since its inception in 2004.
The acquisition complements Talmetrix’s existing SaaS employee survey and reporting platform to include strategic guidance and associated support for talent-related initiatives.
In details, Critical Metrics will extend the company’s service offering to include focus on improving organizational culture, manager and team effectiveness, and identifying the key drivers of why people stay and succeed at work.
