SysAid Raises $30M in First Funding

sysaidSysAid, a Boston, MA-based provider of service desk and IT service management (ITSM) solutions, closed a $30m in its first funding.

The round was led by IGP. Following the investment, Haim Shani, IGP Co-Founder and General Partner and Uri Erde, General Partner of IGP, will join the SysAid board.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its reach among mid-market organizations.

Founded in 2002 and led by Sarah Lahav, CEO, and Israel Lifshitz, founder, SysAid provides cloud and on-premise IT Service Management (ITSM) solution that combines all the essential capabilities in one tool, from traditional ticket to asset management.
The ITSM solution, which is used to enhance their productivity across the workplace, from IT and operations to finance, HR and marketing functions, also includes automation, root cause analysis and codeless configuration that customers can access from a single screen.
Available in 42 languages, SysAid serves over 10,000 customers across 140 countries, spanning all industries and sizes.
