According to a blog post, SmartDreamers, a Bucharest, Romania-based social media recruitment automation startup, raised €1.2m in funding.
The round was led by GapMinder Venture Partners with participation from Catalyst Romania.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations in Bucharest and its business reach.
Founded in 2015 by Adrian Daniel Cernat, CEO, SmartDreamers provides a Recruitment Marketing Automation platform that allows recruitment teams to advertise jobs across the web. The platform, integrated with Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, Snap, Instagram, publishers and niche websites, allows recruiters to reach possible candidates that don’t spend time on classical job platforms. All the features for automated job advertisement are integrated with popular ATS.
The company has offices in Singapore, Paris, and Munich.
