Outsourced Contact Center Ventrica Receives £9M

ventricaVentrica, a Southend-on-Sea UK-based outsourced contact centre, raised £9m in funding.

Mobeus Equity Partners made the investment. In conjunction with it, Mobeus Partner Ashley Broomberg worked with Danielle Garland who sourced and led the transaction on behalf of Mobeus. Guy Blackburn, Mobeus Portfolio Director, has joined the board to support Ventrica.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its presence in the UK and Europe to support its multi-lingual client base that serve customers across global markets.

Founded in 2010 by Dino Forte, Ventrica provides intelligent, multi-lingual and omni-channel outsourced customer contact services to a range of global “blue-chip” brands.
The company works closely with its clients, leveraging its people, technology (including support for Artificial Intelligence and Automation), training and resourcing expertise to provide its services, across multiple channels, supporting their brand and their values.

It currently employs over 350 staff, aiming to grow to 600 this year.
