MarketDial, a Salt Lake City, UT-based provider of software to bring online-quality tools to brick-and-mortar retailers, raised $7.5m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Crosslink Capital with participation from Kickstart Seed Fund, Peterson Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank.
The company intends to use the funds to continue adding new customers, growing the team and developing the product.
Led by Morgan Davis, CEO, MarketDial offers a cloud-based A/B testing software platform for retailers to test and analyze their hypotheses, increase the overall usability and reduce the need for additional tools and support. Creating a test using the platform can be done in minutes through six steps. Once a test is created, the software requires minimal inputs from the user and provides customizable reporting and analytics.
