Hiway Group, a New Zealand-based ground improvement services provider, received an investment from global private equity firm The Riverside Company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
BNZ, the incumbent lender to Hiway, provided debt financing for the deal.
The company is using the proceeds from the investment to expand geographically and into adjacent market segments.
Founded in 1986, Hiway Group is a provider of specialist recycling solutions for road, rail and pavement stabilization, slip and slope reinforcement, soil mechanics, geotechnical design and contamination remediation.
