Funding Options Receives £5M Investment from ING Ventures

ING Ventures, the fintech venture capital arm of ING, the Netherlands-based global bank, made the investment..

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand the team, improve the service in the UK, the Netherlands, and a few other places in Europe.

Led by Conrad Ford, Founder and CEO, Funding Options provides UK companies with support to access business finance, working directly with businesses and their advisors. The company acts as a credit broker and does not provide loans.
Funding Options can introduce applicants to a number of providers based on the applicants’ circumstances and creditworthiness and may receive a commission or finder’s fee for effecting such introductions.

The company has helped customers find peer-to-peer loans, invoice finance deals, growth funding, equipment leases and even commercial mortgages.
