CybSafe Closes £3.5M Series A Funding Round

cybsafeCybSafe, a London, UK-based data-driven cyber security software platform for organisations to reduce human cyber risk by addressing awareness, behaviour, and culture, raised £3.5m ($4.6m) in Series A funding.

The backers were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to further develop its intelligent software platform as well as accelerate revenue generation and growth.

Founded in 2015 and launched to market in 2017 and led by Oz Alashe, CEO, CybSafe provides a cloud-based cyber security software platform which uses AI, machine learning and advanced data analytics to combat threats on topics such as phishing, social media use, public WiFi, malware, identity, passwords and many others.
With its analytical engine, the solution lets businesses see the type and location of risk, and what they can do to mitigate these risks.

The platform is used by over 100,000 users and over 140 organizations from the finance, retail, and legal sectors in the UK and 11 other countries around the world.
