SimplifyASC, a Nashville, Tenn.-based developer of EHR and practice management solutions specialized for the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) market, received an undisclosed investment from Jumpstart Capital.
This investment was part of a Series A funding round. In conjunction with the funding, Dave Vreeland, Managing Director of Jumpstart Capital, will join SimplifyASC’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and market penetration.
Led by CEO David Howerton, SimplifyASC provides ambulatory surgery centers with a cloud-based clinical, business office, and regulatory compliance software platform combined with advanced reporting and analysis tools to help improved decisions.
