Pantera Capital Raises $71.5M for Third Venture Capital Fund

bitcoinPantera Capital, a Menlo Park, CA-based, blockchain focused venture capital firm, has raised $71.5m for its third fund.

According to a regulatory filing, 90 unnamed investors participated in Pantera Venture Fund III LP’s offering.

The firm is looking to raise up to $175m for this fund.

Founded in 2013 and led by Daniel Morehead and Matthew Gorham, Pantera Capital is an investment firm focused exclusively on ventures, tokens, and projects related to blockchain tech, digital currency, and crypto assets.
The website lists 63 investments made to date.
