Service Fusion, a Dallas, TX-based field service management software provider for small and mid-sized field service companies to streamline their businesses and increase customer satisfaction, raised $10M in Series A funding.
The round was led by B2B software investor Five Elms Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and accelerate the release of new functionality for its customer base of over 2,000 service contractors.
Founded in late 2014 by Max Paltsev, CEO, Service Fusion provides a field service management solution featuring fast work order entry, intelligent scheduling and dispatching, instant invoicing, integrated payments, and advanced reporting with real-time communication via field worker and customer mobile applications.
The company currently serves over 2,000 customers in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals.
