Next Sparc participated in the funding. In conjunction with the funding, Digital advertising veteran Len Pagon, Chairman and CEO of Next Sparc, LLC, joined its board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to invest in data science and engineering and to further accelerate growth.
Led by Brian Deagan, CEO and Co-Founder, CompanionLabs allows businesses to advertise on Facebook (and soon Google), understanding and scaling their performance through bite-size companion apps.
