Reali, a San Mateo, CA-based real estate technology company for home-buying and selling, raised $20m in Series B funding.

The round, which brought the total funding raised to date to $30m, was led by Zeev Ventures, with participation from Signia Venture Partners and other investors.

The company intends to use the funds to drive expansion to all of California, with the launch of Southern California and additional states in 2018 and 2019, increase its product development efforts in artificial intelligence, to double its headcount and to build out its customer-centric model.

Led by CEO and co-founder Amit Haller, Reali provides a real estate transaction platform combining human and artificial intelligence with smart workflow automation. With an app, technology-driven tools, and concierge-like service from in-house experts, customers use tools and data to drive decision-making and navigate the deal process.
The company offers cash back to buyers instead of commission, and cash savings to sellers via its flat seller fees.
