Naresh Nagpurkar, a Singapore-based angel, made the investment, whose amount was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to boost its technology platform and client acquisition in India.
Led by Rakesh Kapoor, founder and CEO, Zamroo is an online marketplace for buying and selling locally securely using a smartphone. The company has close to 300,000 plus listings active on its platform and has 58,000 plus sellers registered across PAN India.
