Farmdrop, a UK-based online grocery delivery company, raised £10m in funding.
The round, which brings total funding to over £20m, was led by LGT Impact Ventures and Belltown Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand adoption of its service in the South East of England and in the North with plans to open in Manchester within 2019.
Founding in 2014, Farmdrop provides an online farmers’ market, sourcing and delivering to homes and offices food from local, indie farmers, makers and bakers. The service is available in several areas of London, Bristol and Bath.
