Nyiax, a NYC-based advertising contract marketplace, closed another $5.65m in seed funding.
The round, brings the total funding to $16m, was led by WestPark Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for growth and expansion of its guaranteed advertising contract marketplace, preferred partnerships and integrations.
Developed in partnership with Nasdaq, Nyiax combines a patented Financial Matching Engine℗ with blockchain technology for the advertising industry to provide advertisers and publishers with a platform to buy, sell, and re-trade premium advertising contracts in a forward/futures methodology.
The company is led by Carolina Abenante, founder, executive vice chairperson, chief strategy officer and general counsel.
