tend.ly Raises $1M in Seed Funding

tend.ly, an Indianapolis-based cloud software platform for senior care and child care providers, secured $1m in seed funding.

The round was led by a group of entrepreneurs and investors including Mike Simmons (Managing Director, Jupiter Peak, LLC), Scott McCorkle (Former CEO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Eric Tobias (Partner, High Alpha), Michael Browning (Founder, Browning Investments), and Elevate Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to to grow its product, sales and marketing teams, as well as further develop its offerings.

Led by Founder and CEO Caitlin Coffman, tend.ly provides personalized, all-in-one mobile app which allows senior and child care providers to connect with people around and provide insight into the care journey. Care centers across North America can use the company’s software to communicate moments to families, increase staff satisfaction, and create and retain loyal customers.
Customers span some of the largest child care providers in North America.
