Squelch Launches with $8M in Series A Funding

Squelch, Inc., a Redwood City, CA-based provider of real-time customer experience optimization for customer support and customer success teams, launched from stealth with $8illion in Series A funding.

Backers included Shasta Ventures and Correlation Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to further product development and expand sales and marketing.

Led by co-founder and CEO Jayaram Bhat, Giorgina Gottlieb, and Ilan Raab, Squelch provides a cloud-based application for customer support and customer success agents to get access to insights on the customer’s journey and the best path to resolution of the customer’s ask. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning driven app also gets smarter with each use and takes into account the way support and success agents interact with information, customers, and each other.
Squelch integrates with most SaaS-based applications, including Salesforce, Slack, Box, Confluence, Jira, OneDrive, and Google Drive.
