SmartPM Technologies, Inc., an Atlanta, GA-based real estate technology company, secured $1.1m in seed funding.
Backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to advance the technology, hire key employees to increase sales, and manage its customer base.
Led by Michael Pink, CEO and founder, SmartPM provides real estate developers and construction managers with real-time insights into the progress, performance and financial risk associated with their commercial construction projects. It provides an analytical process through a proprietary software that analyzes the data contained in construction project schedules issued regularly on large commercial construction projects.
