Amber Solutions, Inc., a Dublin, Calif.-based provider of IoT enabling technology, raised a $3.3m Series A funding.
The backers were not disclosed.
The company will use the funds for the commercialization of its technologies.
Led by CEO Thar Casey, Amber Solutions is an innovative technology product company with a in advanced solid-state solutions for enhanced internet of things (IoT) enablement, which enables IoT features in products like smarter and safer switches, outlets, ground-fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs), circuit breakers and more.
The company plans to launch its first series of products in the Spring of 2019 and will target sales to consumers, installers, electricians, builders and strategic partners.
