Elogic Systems Receives Investment from VIA Equity

Elogic Systems, a Danish company that produces electrical panels and a manufacturer of high-quality enclosures for power, communication and fibre, received an investment from VIA Equity.

VIA has acquired Elogic Systems together with the CEO, Lars Prisak, and the CFO, Michael Reeslev.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Formed as a merger between the two companies Elogic (formerly owned by KK Wind) and Triax Systems (formerly owned by Micro Matic) in 2016, Elogic Systems develops, produces and sells electrical panels and enclosures.
The company currently has more than 250 employees and production facilities in Stettin, Poland, and at its headquarter in Hornsyld, Denmark.
