Karnott, a Lille, France-based agtech startup, secured €2.5m in funding.
Backers included Partech and Leap Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its team and boost its international development.
Founded in 2016 by Alexandre Cuvelier and Antoine Dequidt, Karnott is an agtech startup that provides real-time tracking of agricultural equipment including tractors, trailers, seeders. The solution enables to geolocalize equipment and register the operations carried out in the plot. Compatible with all brands, the connected device is entirely automatic and autonomous and enables teams to see all necessary data on the computer screen or the smartphone.
Today, the company employs 24 team members and plans to recruit 10 people in the coming months for marketing, business development and customer success.
