WorkFusion, a NYC-based robotic process automation (RPA) software company, raised $50M in Series E funding.
The round, which brings total funding to $118m, was led by Hawk Equity and Declaration Partners with participation from previous investors Georgian Partners, iNovia Capital and NGP Capital.
The company will use the funds to expand global operations.
Led by CEO Alex Lyashok, Co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer Max Yankelevich, and CFO Peter Cumello, WorkFusion provides AI-powered RPA software that creates and manages software robots, which perform repetitive work. Built for data-first companies, products automate high-volume processes by combining AI, RPA and people into one platform used by enterprises within global banking, insurance, healthcare and other data-intensive industries.
