New Mountain Learning LLC, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based provider of digital and blended learning solutions for the K-12, higher education and career learning markets, received an investment from CIP Capital.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth through investment in its curriculum and platform while scaling into new content and software offerings, organically and through follow-on acquisitions.
Led by Eric Cantor, CEO, New Mountain Learning provides interactive learning solutions to students, teachers and administrators with a core focus on language learning, digital literacy and foundational financial skills via interactive curriculum, assessment solutions and software tools with a digital first approach.
The company’s K-12 learning division, EMC School, delivers content and curriculum for foreign language, English language arts, computer science, economics and other disciplines via its proprietary learning management system, Passport.
In addition, New Mountain Learning extends its literacy based solutions into the higher education and career readiness markets through its Paradigm and JIST brands.
