Instapage Raises $15M in Series A Funding

Instapage, a San Francisco, CA-based landing page and post-click optimization solution for digital advertisers, raised $15m in growth investment.

Backers included Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, the growth-focused private investment platform within Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the enterprise adoption of the Instapage post-click optimization solution, expedite platform development and expand sales and client service operations.

Founded in 2012 by Tyson Quick, CEO, Instapage provides a set of post ad-click optimization products that enable advertisers and marketers to create, personalize, and optimize landing pages at scale to maximize conversions. It also offers an extensive content and template library and integrates with more than 40 partners including advertising platforms, marketing automation, and CRM.
The company has more than 15,000 clients globally including agencies and Fortune 500 companies and employs more than 130 people worldwide, across locations in San Francisco (headquarters), Romania, and Poland.
