Dental Corporation of Canada Holdings Inc., a Toronto, Canada-based network of general and specialist dental clinics, received an investment from L Catterton.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Following the close of the transaction, Imperial Capital Group and OPTrust Private Markets Group will continue to hold a significant equity stake in Dentalcorp.
Launched in 2011 by Graham Rosenberg, Chief Executive Officer, Dentalcorp is a large network of general and specialist dental clinics in Canada. Today, the company has a large network of dental clinics, consisting of over 250 separate locations servicing more than 2.5 million patient visits a year.
