Phyto Partners, a Boca Raton, Florida-based cannabis venture capital firm, launched its $100m second fund.
Phyto II will focus on investing in privately held companies that provide business critical services and solutions to the burgeoning marijuana industry.
Led by Larry Schnurmacher and Brett Finkelstein, who have over 50 years combined experience investing in public and private companies, Phyto Partners makes investments in such verticals as Agricultural Technology, Big Data Analytics, Research & Development, Point-of-Sale Applications, Seed-to-Sale Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Distribution Logistics and other Consulting Services.
Its portfolio already includes Baker, Flowhub, and Leaflink.
